Polish Pick: Barry M Nail Paint in 'Vintage Violet' #DitsyDecember

What's been residing on my nails this past week? Brace yourselves - it's another Barry M lacquer. What a surprise.

This polish however once again comes from their normal Nail Paint line as opposed to my favourite Gelly range. This is 'Vintage Violet', a polish you may have already seen in this post where I offloaded my latest Boots shopping bag.

A more traditional take on purple as a common Autumn/Winter hue as opposed to going down the classic burgandy route, this polish is a more simplistic muted plum with a slight grey undertone that makes it very wearable for the colder weather. I wore it last week and was again very impressed by the formula, application and lasting power. I really enjoy wearing these kind of colours in these cooler months as I think mirroring the weather into the hues we plump for really does add to create a more chic and sophisticated look.

    1. It really is! I'd seen it pop up on a few other blogs and immediately knew I had to get it and I'm so glad I did! X
