Top 5 Under £5 - Makeup

Remember a few months back when I did this post where I listed of ten of my favourite makeup products that all clocked in at under £10? Well, if that wasn't a big enough of a challenge, today I decided to try and find my top five which all fall under the £5 mark. I know, I know - sounds a little tough - but in reality, I've actually got a fair few items of makeup which I love that are no more than a fiver. Wanna know some of them? Carry on reading...

COLLECTION LASTING PERFECTION CONCEALER - I mean, c'mon - this was always gonna be in here, wasn't it? Concealer-wise, this one will always win in terms of being super-cheap, but also super-awesome at the same time. It covers everything from bags to blemishes and everything in-between and never looks cakey or dry. I have been through countless tubes of this stuff so far and that numbers only gonna get bigger...

MUA BRONZED PERFECTION MATTE BRONZER - This is kind of more of a recent find as I only really got into this stuff at the start of this month and I have to say - I'm really liking it so far. It's completely matte - just as I like my bronzers to be - and is the perfect colour and tone for my paler complexion. It's neither too light, nor to dark; and has the ideal mix of cooler and warmer tones so it warms yup the skin without looking orangey at all. The consistency isn't the most buttery around, but it's pretty well pigmented considering the budget price.

MAYBELLINE EYESTUDIO 24HR COLOUR TATTOO CREAM GEL EYESHADOWS - Again, another kinda obvious one which I've talked and raved about so many times in the past but I love them so they just had to included. These cream eyeshadow pots are by far the best of their kind which you can find at the drugstore. They're super rich and pigmented and glide onto the lids easy-peasy - setting down to a finish which does. not. budge. They works great as bases for powder shadow to go on top of, or simply as a standalone shadow and I have practically every colour from the range.

COLLECTION EYES UNCOVERED EYESHADOW PALETTES - When it comes to actual eyeshadow palettes that clock in at under the £5 price point, I don't think you can go wrong with these ones from Collection. There's a wide variety of shade compilations to chose from and each and every one I've tried so far is pretty darn awesome indeed. Each contains six shades that enable you to create a whole range of different looks and the shadows are very good quality. They're not at all chalky or dusty in anyway and are very rich and well-pigmented too - definitely check them out if you haven't already!

RIMMEL LIP LINERS - I personally feel like lip liners are one item which you can really save your money on as the drugstore has so many wonderful options - those from Rimmel being probably my top favourites. I don't know why, but Rimmel just always kill the game with their pencils and I especially love the offerings they've got for the lips. Both their 'Exaggerate' and '1000 Kisses' liners have an amazing creamy texture that glides onto the lips and both defines and acts as a great base for whatever you place on top. They come in a wide variety of shades and every single one is intensely-pigmented. What's not to love?
