As soon as Autumn/Winter arrives, I am all about the hand cream. I don't know why, but every single year my paws are always the thing which gets hit the hardest and as a result, I spend the majority of my time slathering as much hand cream on them as I can find. Over the years, I've used and loved many varieties, but I have to admit that if I had to pick just one favourite, it would be the Soap and Glory Hand Food. It's a classic - and for good reason too. Its thick formula deeply hydrates the hands, but doesn't leave then feeling sticky or greasy in anyway and I love it. So when I was lucky enough to receive a gift last Christmas containing a mini version in the Sugar Crush scent - my main favourite, beside the Classic fragrance - I was pretty darn excited.
Honestly, I would have gotten it out much sooner, but during the New Year I had so many hand creams to get through this one kinda got pushed to the side momentarily. Then the warmer months arrived and the need for a hand cream at all times subsided for a while, but now we're firmly in the cooler, crispier part of the year once more I just knew I wanted to finally bring this one out at long last. And you know what? I really, really rather like it. Just as good as the Classic version, but the fact it's in the Sugar Crush fragrance just makes it even better. It's sweet, but not sickly and actually rather refreshing - which makes a change from the usual scents that accompany hand cream formulas. If only they did it in the full size, eh?
