I love face masks and I really love trying out new ones and finding new favourites. So, when I got the Bio Glow Nature Inspired Clean Skin Papaya Peel Off Mask in my stocking at Christmas, I was instantly intrigued and excited to give it a go. And the other day I finally got round to doing exactly that...
Peel off masks aren't my regular face mask go-to of mine as I prefer to more consistently use something more creamy or clay-based on my drier skin to nourish and moisturise, but I definitely do enjoy a good peel-off every now and again to help strip off any dead skin cells and smooth the skin texture out - and this one looked to be a good'un for just that. Housed in a handy squeezey bottle, simply dispense some out, smear it all over your face (technical terms and all that) in a thin layer, leave to dry and peel off - and you're done! The scent is just as you would imagine - very fruity and tropical-inspired - and I also did find this stuff dried pretty damn quickly - which is great, in my opinion! In no time at all, it was ready to peel off and all in all, it removed really easily without having to tug or pull on the skin in anyway. Even though my skin can be rather sensitive, I'm also pleased to report that neither the product itself or removal process majorly irritated my skin at all. Yay! Straight away, my skin looked refreshed and like brand new again, but of course, the main way you notice the major improvements when it comes to peel off masks is in the feel of your skin. And you know what? My skin felt so smooth, soft and free of texture after using this mask. Especially in areas such as my nose, where dead skin cells can build up a lot, I definitely could see and feel the difference. And what's better - this face mask is just £1. Yes, that's right - one pound! And you get a pretty decently-sized tube too, meaning I can imagine you'd get a fair amount of uses out of this too. What a bargain...
