I'm always eyeing up new releases in terms of drugstore or affordable makeup and lately, there's been a few new additions which have caught my attention. So I figured, why not share them with you lovely lot? Let's take a little look at all the new-ness that's been tempting me...
BARRY M NYMPH RADIANCE SERUM - Starting with Primer, I spotted this new one from Barry M online the other day and let's just say, I'm a little intrigued by it. It almost sounds like Skincare and Makeup, combined into one, and I really like the sound of it.
ELF 16 HR CAMO CONCEALER - A big one that's been getting a lot of hype and attention online right now and we actually already have access to here in the UK for once (normally, things get hyped up in the US and we have to wait a while for them to arrive here) is this new concealer from Elf. I don't normally pay as much attention to this brand, but it's been around for years, is super affordable and has just recently launched into both Boots and Superdrug. Plus, they've just released this concealer - which is being touted as a potential Tarte Shape Tape dupe. Yes, that's right - a dupe for the infamous concealer which everyone loves. I personally have never, as I already have my Revolution Conceal and Define that I adore (and is also a supposed good dupe for it too) but I really fancy giving this one from Elf a go. Mainly to see how it compares to my beloved Conceal and Define. Maybe I might?
OBSESSION MEGA CONCEALER - Another new concealer that I spotted in the 'New In' section online at Boots and I haven't really heard anything about yet, but still kinda fancy trying is this one from Obsession. Obsession are under the same brand umbrella as Revolution and seeing as their concealer is my number one, go-to, holy grail - I'm thinking maybe this one might be just as good? It's also a similar price for the same sort of amount of product, so works out at a pretty good deal too!
REVOLUTION MEGA BRONZERS - If you haven't guessed already, I love a good, matte bronzer and recently Revolution have launched two! One warmer and the other more cool-toned and both actually intrigue me - perhaps the former as a proper bronzer and the latter for a contour? Especially with them being so, so inexpensive, I'm tempted to give them a go!
REVOLUTION RELOADED HIGHLIGHTERS - Another new release from Revolution is their new range of Reloaded Highlighters. In a six shade strong line-up, from super pale to deep and dark, there's definitely a couple of colours that look right up my street in terms of what I look for/what suits my skin-tone best, glow-wise. Again, these are so affordable and look so darn pretty too. I love a good highlighter and I know that Revolution are great at making them, so I may just have to pick a couple up...
REVOLUTION FOIL FRENZY CREATION EYESHADOW PALETTE - Revolution always do awesome eyeshadow palettes and this one, going from first impressions, looks to be no exception. An all-shimmer collection, with what appears to be a super fun, different formula too! This is like a cream-to-powder texture that's all squishy in the pan and transforms on the lids into a super-metallic powder shadow. You can mix them together, use them alone and even wet the brush to make them even more 'popping'. Plus, the colours they've included look so super stunning too! I really want to give this a go, so maybe you'll be seeing it soon...
NYX GLITTER GOALS LIQUID EYELINERS - Another makeup product I really like trying is glitter liners. For a long time, before 'liquid glitters' really became a proper 'thing', they were the closest alternative for using glitter on your eyes without having to get the loose stuff and a glitter primer out - so I guess I'll always have a soft spot for them. And so when I spotted these newbie from NYX, I knew they had to go on this wishlist here! They've got so many gorgeous shades in this range and a few that are a little different from any I own already - so maybe I might have to pick a couple up?
REVOLUTION MATTE LIPS - Finally, a lip product I spotted online at Revolution when having a look at anything else new they have on offer. Again, we all know I love a good matte liquid lipstick and now Revolution looks to have launched a new range of all-nude shades! I also love a good nude lip and so to me, this seems like the perfect combination. Again, maybe I'll have to try a couple of shades to see what they're all about?
