I thought today I'd talk you all through some makeup products that I've greatly hit pan on, or worked my way through a lot and so, before long - will most likely need to purchase. And, you know what - I definitely will be when that time comes! Cause, I just can't imagine being without them now they've got a pretty firm place in my makeup stash...
REVOLUTION X SOPH EXTRA SPICE EYESHADOW PALETTE - It's not often that I really make a major dent in my eyeshadow palettes - especially as time goes on, as I buy and own so many - but if there's one in my collection that I really have worked my way through, it's the Revolution X Soph 'Extra Spice'! As you may be able to see, I've made some pretty large holes in some of the shades in here - even though I've only had it for under a year! But, I guess that's because I love it so much. Awesome shades, awesome formula and such a versatility in the range of looks you can create. From something more neutral, to something a little more bright and bold - you can do so much with this palette. The mattes are creamy and easy to blend, the shimmers really intense and foiled-like, even without the use of a finger or wet brush. I just can't imagine not having this palette in my collection now I have it, so I know for sure I'll be repurchasing when the shades start to run out completely...
THEBALM MARY-LOU MANIZER HIGHLIGHTER - If you've been round here for a while, I think you'll know by now that this has to be one of my favourite, go-to highlighters. At one point, it was all I used and though over time I've come across a lot of others that I love, it remains one I'll go back to if I need something I can rely on to really give that intense, gorgeous, blinding glow. As I said, 'back in the day' it was pretty much the only highlighter I owned or used and as a result - I've made a pretty large dent in the pan (and the compact itself is a little battered and bruised too!). But, I just know that I'll be running out to replenish it as soon as it does finally run out - cause I love it that much - so I knew it had to get a mention in a post like this.
CYO WHEN THE SUN DON'T SHINE BRONZER IN 'FAIR' - Another face product that I'm yet to need to repurchase, but will most definitely be adding it straight to my Shopping List when the time comes, is this awesome bronzer from CYO. I've mentioned this quite a lot recently, but that's simply because I love and enjoy using it so much! A great colour and undertone for my paler complexion, with a creamy easy-to-blend formula and a level of pigmentation that delivers just enough colour, but not too much at once. And it's super-affordable. I just know I'll need this back in my life, asap, as soon as I completely run out, which I'm thinking will be sometime in the near future...
REVOLUTION BAKE AND BLOT PRESSED POWDER IN 'TRANSLUCENT' - I may have only had this pressed powder for a few months, but I've already hit pan on it - and I just know I'll have to make a repurchase as soon as it all runs out. I wasn't sure whether I'd enjoy this pressed powder as much as my usual go-to, but I actually really do. It's finely-milled, sets and mattifies the skin (without leaving it feeling or looking cakey or dry) and keeps everything in place as it should be, all day or night long! What's not to love? I also love how it really is fully translucent and so doesn't deposit any additional colour or coverage too.
