Festive Baking Ideas... #DitsyDecember

I'm not doing any festive baking myself this year unfortunately, but that doesn't mean I can;t still share out some recipes that catch my attention. So, that's exactly what today's edition of #DitsyDecember is all about! Let's get started...

MINCE PIE BROWNIES - These brownies combine two festive sweet treats - chocolate and mince pies - and they actually look fairly easy to make too. Just your usual rich, chocolately brownie, with chunks of classic mince pies marbled throughout...

TERRY'S CHOCOLATE ORANGE ROCKY ROAD - Terry's Chocolate Orange is a favourite of many all year round, but especially so at Christmas! I guess I just always associate it with this time of year. And this recipe using them in one big, rocky road looks so good! Festive, fairly quick and easy to put together and looks pretty good too - what more could you ask for?

CHRISTMAS CRINKLE COOKIES - I've made something like these before (remember Lily Pebbles' infamous Brookies?) however these caught my eye as they're the same kinda thing, but with added festive flavouring! So, aswell as being all rich and chocolately - they've also got warming spices and citrus included to really amp up the Christmas feel. Yum...

CLASSIC GINGERBREAD - You can't go wrong with some gingerbread biscuits at Christmas - and this recipe not only looks fairly simple to follow and recreate but also looks to make some pretty yummy-looking biscuits too...

STAINED GLASS WINDOW BISCUITS - These 'stained glass window' biscuits look so pretty and effective, but in reality are fairly simple to recreate as the magic mainly comes when you place these in the oven!
