Welcome to the first official day of #DitsyDecember! And what better way to kick things off than a good ol' TAG? I had a good scout through and found this beauty-themed TAG here and thought I'd give it a go for this year, so here goes with the answers!
- Have you been naughty or nice with your skincare this year? 2020 has been a whirlwind and in all honesty, I think Skincare has been a little lower on my priorities as a result. I've still done the basics, but definitely not as much as I maybe have done previously, Here's hoping 2021 is better!
- What's the go-to beauty or skin care product that you would gift to family or friends? This is a tough one! I think I'd have to say a good ol' Soap and Glory gift set as they're an oldie but a goodie and always seem to go down well.
- Do you prefer gifting high end or drugstore beauty products? Always drugstore! Because then, if they really like the product, it's even more accessible for them in terms of repurchasing or maybe trying more from that range or brand.
- What beauty products are you hoping to see under your tree this year? Anything makeup-related is always top of my list - especially eyeshadow palettes...
- Are there any beauty products you're dreading to receive this year? No! It's the thought that counts and I am always so grateful for whatever I receive each year for Christmas.
- Are you participating in Blogmas this year? If so, what post are you most proud of? Yes! This is #DitsyDecember, a.k.a my version of Blogmas - and I do this series every year! I'm posting every single day on here throughout December. And honestly, I'm pretty proud of most of my posts I do - I always try and not post anything I'm not totally happy with.
- Do you remember the first beauty product you ever received as a Christmas present! What was it? I can vaguely remember some little single eyshadows my Mum put in my stocking one year and I can also remember one year there were some lipgloss tubes. So cute!
- What mini sized product would you recommend as a present? Maybe a mini mascara? Mascaras can be so personal and so this gives them the chance to give it a go to see if they like it, before perhaps purchasing the full size!
- Would you rather your family and friends ask what you would want to receive, or for them to surprise you? I like a mix of both really! I guess it all depends on whether people have anything in mind as if not, that's when I'll suggest things.
- What is your favourite way of to show Christmas spirit through your look or outfit? Anything red, green, gold is always a good way to go - the traditional Christmas colour scheme!
