Never underestimate the power of a good bronzer. Not only is it awesome for adding a nice, bronzey glow to the complexion (as you would imagine), it works wonders on other areas of the face too. Let's take a closer look at just some of them...
TO ADD WARMTH TO THE FACE - ...The obvious one, I know, but worthy of a mention nevertheless. Take a big fluffy brush and your bronzer of choice and softly take it across all of the areas the sun would naturally hit - temples, cheeks, nose and so on - and you'll instantly look more sun-kissed and just generally 'healthier' too.
TO SHAPE AND SCULPT - However, the alternative way of using bronzer on your face is to use it in more of a contouring-type way. Though bronzing and contouring are very different things, if you want a quick and easy fix or are perhaps new to the whole 'contouring' thing, try using your bronzer in that kind of way - just make sure it's matte! Personally, this is still how I generally tend to use my bronzers too! Take it more in your classic 'three' shape - over the forehead, down to the hollows of the cheeks and down the jawline and because you're using a slightly larger, fluffier brush and also something not so cool-toned, it should be a little more forgiving and more difficult to mess up...
AS AN EYESHADOW - Whether simply used as an initial transition shade before starting your eye look, used all-over as a quick eye look or in the crease to add depth and warmth - bronzers make awesome eyeshadows! I guess if yours is shimmery (not my personal preference but I know it is for a lot of people) you could even use it as a shimmer for the lid...
TO BRONZE UP THE BODY - I mean, if bronzers can be used to warm up the face I guess it makes sense for them to be great for bronzing up the body too? Don't get me wrong, not in like a full-on fake tan-type way, I'm talking more as an added extra - just like you perhaps would with your highlighters too! Just take a slightly larger brush and you can really cover the body well with a nice, bronzey glow...
TO ADD FULLNESS TO THE LIPS - Lastly, try taking a smaller, fluffy eyeshadow brush and some of your matte bronzer and just apply it on the very most underneath of your bottom lip and you'll be amazed at how much fuller and plumper it'll appear - who needs fillers, eh?
