I love Autumn/Winter fashion shopping and I feel like that only intensifies even more so when Christmas approaches. Not only are things most definitely even more cute and cosy - but not only that - I usually have a few things that are on my list to perhaps pick up for the festive season too. And this year is no exception...
A CUTE DAY DRESS - I always like to pick up something like this nearly every single Christmas to wear on and around The Big Day itself. A comfy, but stylish day dress - usually in some sort of festive-inspired print - that looks good, but also allows you to eat as much as you want and yet still feel really comfortable. Team with some accessories and a pair of tights and you're good to go. Yay!
SPARKLY HEELS - This year, I don't know yet whether I really need or want any new dresses/jumpsuits/whatever for the party season - but I definitely do know that I really am in need of some new heels. All of my heels in my collection right now have been kinda wrecked by nights out (if you know, you know) and seeing as Christmas/New Years is a kind of special occasion and all that, I thought - why not treat myself to some new ones?
BLINGIN' ACCESSORIES - As I said, I may wear something older in my collection over the party season so aswell as updating my heels, I thought it may be nice to gives things a bit of a refresh in the way of adding some new accessories into my stash too - and also add some much-needed extra sparkle for this time of year too!
A CHRISTMAS JUMPER! - The classic. I have actually never owned a Christmas jumper before (I know) and especially nowadays when there's so, so many different options out there - from super-subtle to super out-there - I may just be tempted...
BLACK HEELED BOOTS - Finally, perhaps not so much an exclusively-festive inclusion, but one that I really fancy picking up sometime nevertheless. Having missed out of replacing any of my boots last year, I'm slowly but surely making up for that time year and there's still one pair which I am debating - my heeled black boots. I've definitely seen a few pairs which look like pretty decent upgrades recently - so who knows?

Lovely post by the way and I like your colourful wardrobe! I live in day dresses, I’ve worn and worn one I got at Peacocks as it’s definitely my go-to. I’ve never owned a Christmas jumper either but I’ve been on the hunt for one. Winter is the perfect season to pick up boots as well. Merry Christmas! :-) xx
