Polish Pick: Pink Party Nails

I went 'out out' Saturday night - and of course, I did my nails all up for the occasion. And seeing as the finished look is a completely new one that I've never shared round these parts before (or even tried out myself before), I thought I'd share them with you all! An uber-sparkly, pink look that's super-pretty - even if I do say so myself...

I started things off with a recent new nail colour love of mine - Barry M's Molten Metal Nail Paint in 'Fuchsia Kiss'! I shared it not too long ago here when I tried it out, alone, for the first time and oh my goodness, this is such a gorgeous colour. A metallic, slightly glittery fuchsia pinky-purple with a subtle silver shimmer running through it - what's not to love, right? As I did when I first tested the polish out, you could easily leave it alone as a one-colour-look, but with me going out, I wanted to go that one step further and add an extra layer of sparkle And, the glitter in question was the Barry M Glitter Nail Paint in 'Live It Up'. This is another gorgeous polish - this time, a glitter top coat, I guess you could call it. A Barbie-esque kind of pink, with a super-pretty shimmer running through it. At first, there's a lot of warm gold, but look a little closer and you can see flashes of purple and blue peeking through too! Layered over the top of the Molten Metal, it makes for such a pretty, multi-tonal combination - and I love it. I'm so super happy with how these nails came out!
