Polish Pick: Birthday Nails!

It was my 22nd Birthday on the 6th - woop woop! - and so, I obviously did my nails all up for the occasion. And, as I went 'out out' the Saturday night before, I actually did these for that, with the hope of them staying all good for my actual Birthday a couple of days later too - and luckily, they did! And though these are actually pre-done falsies as opposed to my own 'work' that I lacquered on myself, I thought I'd share them with you all nevertheless...

As I mentioned, these nails are in fact pre-done falsies that I bought in Boots, all ready to go. I don't often do this - at the most I'll buy bare false nails that I apply on any shorter nails to match them to my longer, real ones, before painting them myself - but these are all done for me. I figured these were the best option for my birthday Nails this year, as I was going 'out out' on the Saturday night and had my Birthday the Monday after and ideally, wanted my nails to last well all the way through that time. And, in the end I think I made a good choice as these ones really did hold up impeccably. Yay! But, not only did they last super-well, they also looked pretty good too. I went for some from the Elegant Touch Highlight It Up Range - specifically, the style 'In The Glow' - because they were by far my favourite one I could see. They're very much 'me, right? Gorgeous, pinky, rose gold nails with this kind of textured looking, foil-like finish. They're in a super-pointy, coffin like shape that's kind of different to what I usually go for, but I really like them! They're long, but not too long for me and they were pretty easy and straight-forward to apply too. Super quick, easy and as I said before, they also lasted just as long as I wanted them too aswell! Pretty lovely nails for my Birthday...
