It's time for my July Favourites! I tried out a lot of new products this month and as a result, have a good handful of favourites so, without any further ado - shall we just get started?
BEAUTY BAY X MMMMITCHELL PALETTE - This is definitely my favourite, favourite product of July. Wow. I am so super late on the bandwagon for this eyeshadow palette (so much so they've now unfortunately discontinued it, boo!) but I'm so happy I finally gave into the hype as this palette really is so, so good. I'm definitely super pleased that I picked it up before it was too late! The perfect colourful, rainbow palette that has everything from your brights and bolds to your classic neutrals (both cool and warm-toned) in a good mix of mattes and shimmers! The mattes are so pigmented, blend like a dream and combine together beautifully; whilst the shimmers are so intense, with such a reflective and foiled-like effect! Some do require a fingertip to get the most out of them, but that really doesn't bother me as I do find that to be the case with a lot of shimmer shadows these days and as long as they do adhere well somehow, it really is not an issue! I'm just so happy with this palette and all of the looks I've created so fair - and I know I've only just scratched the surface. I can certainly see this becoming a staple in my collection from now on...
MAYBELLINE LASH SENSATIONAL MASCARA - I refound my love for this mascara this month! This has always been a favourite of mine, but obviously I try new mascaras a lot of the time and often stray from it - but after my last mascara got all finished up, I decided to go back to this classic staple and have remembered just why I love it so much. This is just simply, an awesome mascara! Lengthens, curls, volumises, thickens (whilst still separating the lashes out nicely) and doesn't smudge, transfer or flake off - all day long! If you still haven't given this mascara a go, I'd definitely suggest you finally do...
PRIMARK BROW SKETCH MICRO BROW PENCILS IN '' AND '' - Though recently I have been using and loving my MUA Brow Define Micro Brow Pencils as of late, this month I went back to my beloved skinny brow pencils from Primark and remembered just why I loved them so much. They're so cheap, but yet such amazing quality too! These two shades are just perfect for my brows (I use the lighter colour to feather the front and the deeper shade for the main bulk of my brows) and the formula is just spot-on. They're pigmented, glide on with ease and make creating fine, hair-like strokes pretty foolproof! Whilst they apply easily, they don't smudge about once on and so you don't have to worry about your brows going anywhere! I unfortunately won't be going into my local Primark again anytime soon (with the compulsory masks rule that's now been introduced) and so I'm glad to have found other alternatives that will see me through, but as soon as I can venture into stores again - I will definitely be picking up these brow pencils once more!
REVOLUTION VELVET KISS LIP CRAYONS IN 'CHAUFFEUR', 'HEART RACE', 'WHITE WEDDING' AND 'ROSE' - I picked up these matte lip crayons not too long ago and this month, decided to try them all out! I typically really enjoy Revolution lip products and so was expecting and hoping for good things and thankfully, I was not proven wrong! These come in the exact same shades as their Lip Liners and general Lip Collection and so it was pretty easy to pick out shades I was looking for and so far, I am loving them. I picked out a variety of nude, neutral tones as typically with these matte lip crayon formulas, though they are matte, they're not fully matte (where they're completely budge-proof and transfer-proof) and I was right. These are matte, but not completely
PRIMARK SUPER BLENDS COCONUT AND CACTUS FLOWER STRENGTHENING SHAMPOO - I also refound my love for this shampoo in July. At last, at the beginning of the month, I had my roots done (yay for hairdressers finally being able to open again!) and so, I cracked open this single shampoo once more. I only tend to use this when I've had my hair done as my hairdresser does such a good job of toning my hair that I don't need to do anything myself for at least the first couple of washes. My regular shampoo and conditioner duo from OGX (the Lavender Collection) both contain a subtle toning element and so, I like to use just a 'plain' shampoo to ensure my hair doesn't get over-toned and this one from Primark is just perfect for that! It's so moisturising and nourishing; leaves my hair feeling so soft and supple and also looking so shiny and healthy too! Ideal for when you've just had your highlights done (especially as this time was my full head appointment!)...

BARRY M SUMMER 2020 GELLY NAIL PAINTS - Finally, for my July Favourites, I just had to include this awesome new range of nail polishes! As you would have seen here, I recently tried this entire range out in one go (with all of the colours on varying fingernails) as I was so eager to try them all out and so far, I'm really impressed by them! Just as I've come to expect from the Gelly Nail Paints from Barry M, these have a bangin' formula and finish. They're all fully opaque in two coats, dry down quickly, leave behind a super shiny, gel-like finish and last fairly well on the nails before they start to chip away. I can't wait to use them all individually...
So there we have it - my beauty favourites for July! What have you been loving this past month, beauty-wise? Let me know in the comments below, I'd love to know...
