It's time for my June Favourites! Similar to last month, this is a bit of a shorter edition compared to others I've done in the past, but as the good saying goes - sometimes, it's quality over quantity - and I definitely think that's the case for this month's beauty favourites! I have tried (and fell in love with) a handful of lovely new products this month, aswell as rediscovering a couple of old staples - so let's just get straight into it...
WET N WILD PHOTO FOCUS DEWY FOUNDATION IN 'SOFT IVORY' - I finally got my hands on this new-ish foundation from Wet 'n' Wild and having given it a try - I am so glad I did! This foundation has such a lovely, medium-full coverage, blends like a dream, sits so smoothly on the skin and as the name would suggest, really does give off that dewy, radiant effect! It's not too dewy in that it appears shiny or greasy, but it does just have this lovely, skin-like sheen that on my normal-to-dry skin, works a real treat!
BPERFECT X JAH CLIENTELE PALETTE - I tried out this new palette in the month of June and - long story short - loved it! I had eyed it up for so long, having previously tried and fell in love with the BPerfect Stacey Marie Carnival Palettes - and I'm so happy I finally took the plunge. This has just the same amazing formula as the Carnival Original and XL Pro Palettes -the mattes are well pigmented and blend impeccably; whilst the shimmers are gorgeous and apply really intense and foiled-like. Some of them do require a damp brush or fingertip to get them to adhere to the lid, but that never bothers me as I do find that to sometimes be the case with a lot of shimmer shadows these days and honestly, as long as I can get them to adhere nicely - I'm happy! I love the colour story of this palette as it's obviously much more neutral than the Carnival Palettes and it's so nice to now have the BPerfect formula in even more variety of tones and finishes. But, whilst this is a 'neutral' palette - it's certainly by no means boring! There's some gorgeous berry tones in here, a couple of pops of green and the neutrals themselves also range from more warm tones, to cooler tones to some which are slap bang in the middle. Love, love, LOVE this palette and so happy to at last have it in my collection...
WET N WILD MEGAGLO HIGHLIGHTER IN 'BLOOM TIME' - I rediscovered this highlighter this month and let's just say - I am fully back in love with it. I first picked this up around this time, last year and became fully obsessed with it. A gorgeous corally pink-gold shimmery hybrid, this is the perfect Summer glow-giver. The formula of these highlighters from Wet 'n' Wild is also just spot-on - super intense and glowy, but still really smooth and with no chunky glitter to be seen. Now I've fell back in love with this, I just know it'll become a staple for this Summer too...
JEFFREE STAR COSMETICS VELOUR LIQUID LIPSTICK IN 'ROSE MATTER' - I added another of these matte liquid lipsticks to my collection as part of my recent 'Birthday Haul' and have been loving it this month! This is a lovely soft, coral pink. I'd eyed it up for a while as every time I saw a swatch, I loved how it appeared like the perfect mix between a 'bright' and a 'neutral' Summer lip. It's still a pink lip, but more toned down than a bright fuchsia or typical coral. So, I finally got round to picking it up and so far - I love it! It really is what I hoped it'd be - ideal for when I want something more than a nude lip, but less than a bright or bold. The formula is just as awesome as I've come to expect from this range - super thin and lightweight, dries to a powdery matte finish but is still not at all drying or uncomfortable - so all in all, I'm happy to add this to my growing collection!

REVOLUTION SKINCARE LIP COLOUR REMOVER - This product really intrugued me when Revolution released it not too long ago. I decided to give it a try and all in all, I'm pretty impressed! You simply take some on a cotton pad, massage it over your lips when you're ready to remove your lip colour and you're done. I've tried this out especially on particularly tough, long-wearing formulas that my normal makeup removers typically struggles with - as that's why this product interested me in the first place - and so far, I've had good results. For example, I normally find my Maybelline Super Stay Matte Inks to be quite tough to break down and remove with just Garnier Micellar Water or a makeup wipe, but using some of this lip colour remover, I definitely noticed the process was much quicker and easier!
PRIMARK PS LOVE... BLACK OUD EAU DE TOILETTE - Finally, I had this bottle of perfume in my stash for a while. I really like to pick up cheap perfumes or body sprays to use whenever I don't want to use my 'proper', more expensive perfume - like perhaps work days or if I'm not doing anything especially special (not that any of us are really doing anything special at the moment!). And after picking this up a good while ago (I think it might've been one of mt last trips to Primark before Lockdown at the end of March), finally when my current body spray ran out a few weeks back, I got to finally open it up! And so far, I've been really loving it. My Mum actually has a bottle of this and loves it and I figured I might aswell pick one up for myself as I always think what a lovely scent it is. Musky, rich, sweet, but not sickly - basically all of the things I typically look for in any perfume or fragrance in general! I also find this to be quite good quality too, even though it is a cheaper alternative. You don't need many spritzes and I find it lasts rather well throughout the day too!
So there we have it - my beauty favourites for the month of June! What have you been loving this past month, beauty-wise? Let me know in the comments below!
