Tried and Tested: BPerfect X Jah Clientele Palette

If you've read round these parts before, I'm sure you know already how much I utterly adore my BPerfect X Stacey Marie Carnival Palettes (both the original and the newer XL Pro). They're such great quality, with a great mix of mattes and shimmers in such gorgeous rainbow colour schemes that enable you to create a super wide range of looks - I love them! And having had such an amazing experience with those, I began to lust after one of their other collaborations - the BPerfect X Jah 'Clientele' Palette! And with some leftover birthday money in hand, recently I finally decided to take the plunge...

This palette is in collaboration with Jah - another YouTuber/Instagrammer - and oh my, isn't it just so super pretty? It's like your classic neutral palette, but with a bit of a twist. There's your staple browns, beiges, golds and bronzes; but then you've got some beautiful berry tones and a couple of pops of green thrown into the mix too! You've also got a good spectrum of neutrals too - with some more on the warmer side, some more cool-toned and others kinda bang-on in the middle! There's a nice mix of mattes and shimmers (some of which almost appear like super-intense, glittery, foiled shades) so all in all, you can see why this ended up making its way into my online basket!

I couldn't wait to get to trying out this gorgeous palette and so, that's exactly what I've been doing these past couple of weeks! I created a fair few looks with it so far and I have to say - I am really impressed so far and so pleased I added it to my collection! Just as I hoped, this palette is just the same, amazing, high quality as the other palettes I've tried from BPerfect. The mattes are super-pigmented and apply and blend like a dream and the shimmers are just stunning - so super glittery, reflective and almost foiled-like! Some pick up and apply perfectly well on a flat brush, whilst others need a bit of help with the use of a fingertip but that really doesn't bother me as that tends to be the case with a lot of palettes - including my other BPerfect ones! Some shimmers just require a damp brush or finger to achieve their maximum potential, yanno? I particularly adore the shade 'Pink Rose' - a gorgeous light pink shimmer with greeney-gold reflects running through it. It requires a fingertip to apply but when you do, oh my it is so super intense and foiled on the lid! All of the shadows in general last impeccably on my eyes throughout the day too - no creasing, smudging, fading, transferring at all! I've tried pretty much all of the colours so far and have no real complaints about any of them, the high quality is consistent across the board. I've tried so many colour combinations and different looks and so far, have been so happy with what I've created. Obviously, with this being a predominately neutral palette, most of the looks you can create will be neutral-based. But, as I mentioned earlier, this palette's got that little somethin' somethin' extra about it which means you can do slightly more vibrant looks or add a pretty pop of colour if you fancy! Also, this palette has such a great gradient of depth too - there's such a great selection of rich, deep, dark colours that make this an awesome option for creating the perfect smokey eye. Basically, this ain't just another neutral palette - it's that next level up - making it a pretty good addition to my collection, in my opinion! I can't wait to create even more looks with it...
