July: The Love List

July is nearly at an end and it's time to talk through all of my beauty favourites once more! A mixture of makeup, haircare and bodycare this time round - so let's get right on into it...

BH COSMETICS PASSION IN PARIS PALETTE - BH Cosmetics have been a favourite of mine when it comes to eyeshadow palettes for a while now and so when this new colour scheme was released - I knew I wanted to add it to my collection. A pretty unique colour-way  full of reds, purples and blues that instantly caught my eye! And you know what - I was right to be excited. This is the exact same awesome formula as I've come to expect from BH and certainly matches up to the standard of their most recent palettes. Blendable, highly pigmented mattes that combine together so well and super intense, reflective, eye-catching shimmers. I've really loved all the looks I've done with it so far!

BEAUTY BAY BROW FIXER FIBRE GEL IN 'TEDDY' - I love a good tinted, fibre brow gel that adds colour, texture and hold to my brows, all at the same time - and this new-ish one from Beauty Bay has become a new favourite for exactly that! Cheap, does the job and does it extremely well - what more could you ask for? This colour is just perfect for my brows, the applicator is nice and precise and deposits just the right amount of product, it holds my brows in place without leaving them feeling or looking crusty and 'hard' and the added fibres help make my naturally sparse brows appear much fuller and bushier!

NYX LIP LINGERIE XXL LIQUID LIPSTICK IN 'UNDRESSED' - Last month, I tried a couple of the new, reformulated and repackaged NYX Lip Lingerie Liquid Lipsticks and *spoiler alert* I really loved them. They dry down to a fully matte, transfer-proof finish that stays nearly entirely in place all day long and yet feels pretty darn comfortable and doesn't look dry on the lips either. So, I decided to pick up another shade! Another nude, this time a lighter an slightly peachier tone. Same great formula, just a different hue and I've been really enjoying it...

TOO FACED MELTED MATTE LIQUIDFIED LIQUID LIPSTICKS IN 'IT'S HAPPENING!' AND 'HOT STUFF' - I have wanted to try these matte liquid lipsticks from Too Faced for so, so long and finally, with a good deal on Beauty Bay - I snapped a couple up! 'It's Happening!' - a bright, hot pink - has been on my wishlist for ages, so that shade was the first that landed in my basket, but then I also decided on 'Hot Stuff' - this fiery, orange-toned red - too! And they certainly live up to all of the hype that's been circling around them for years. A liquidy formula that quickly dries down to a fully matte, powdery finish that lasts nearly impeccably all day long and yet, doesn't feel at all uncomfortable or dry on the lips - and doesn't appear that way either! I love a good bright liquid lip and I'm so happy to finally have these in my stash. A more pricey formula, but one that definitely seems to be worth it...

SOAP AND GLORY SCRUB FOR JOY BODY POLISH - I've always enjoyed the body scrubs from Soap and Glory and this newer release from them is certainly no exception! A more gelly-type consistency that's still really 'scrubby' and gets the job done - whilst still not being aggravating or harsh at all on the skin - and with a refreshing, super fruity scent! This has kept my body feeling super soft, smooth and supple all Summer long...

SOAP AND GLORY CALL OF FRUITY BODY BUTTER - Another new fave from Soap and Glory - this new body butter! Again, I've always bought, used and loved the body butters and lotions from S&G. This Call of Fruity fragrance is super sweet, fruity but not sickly and the formula is just as I've come to expect from the brand. Thick, intensely hydrating but sinks into the skin in no time at all and leaves it soft and silky!

AUSSIE 3 MINUTE MIRACLE RECONSTRUCTOR LIGHTWEIGHT OIL - I love a good oil for putting in my hair after blow-drying and before styling and I don't know why it's taken me so long to try one from Aussie (a.k.a one of my OG fave haircare brands). You only need a couple of pumps, run it all through the lengths and ends of your hair and it leaves it feeling so soft and smooth. Having highlighted blonde hair, taking good care of it is super important to me and this hair oil makes me feel like I'm doing exactly that...

So there we have it - my July Favourites! Let me know in the comments what you've been enjoying this month, I'd love to know...
