Beauty Brand Favourites: I Heart Revolution/Obsession/Revolution Pro

As you may have seen in my last post here, I finally took the plunge and successfully narrowed down my many, man favourites of Revolution into just five top picks. It was a little difficult, but I did it and on the back of that, I thought today that I'd combine all of their sister brands (a.k.a. all of the other brands that fall under the 'Revolution' umbrella) and pick out my five favourites from them as a whole and make yet another Beauty Brand(s) Favourites. Also, I seem to have made a lot of these in a row now - I promise normal posts will be coming back after this one! Let's go...

You may remember in my last post on Friday, I was talking about all of my favourite bits 'n' bobs from Barry M and now, today, I thought I'd do another updated Beauty Brand Favourites (updated) - this time, for possibly my favourite makeup brand right now. Revolution! To be clear, in this one we're talking strictly Revolution items only (not including anything from their sister brands like I Heart Revolution, Obsession or Revolution Pro - I may or may not be saving those for a separate post like this very soon) so if there's anything you feel is missing, that could be why! And even when just looking at Revolution alone, they have so many products and I have certainly bought and tested a lot of them too - so that equally could also explain why you may not see some things crop up here. Originally I was gonna extend this post to a Top Ten, but eventually decided to just go for the Top Five and let me tell you, it was pretty hard narrowing my favourites down to just those top, holy grail, favourite favourites. For this whole week's worth of posts, I thought it was about time I resurrected an oldie, but goldie format - Beauty Brand Favourites! It does exactly what it says on the tine - I take a favourite beauty brand of mine and pick my five top picks! And as it's been so long since I did one and especially long since I featured certain brands - I thought for this whole week of posts, I'd dedicate each to a different brand and talk you all through my top favourites from them! And seeing as that'll be just three, awesome brands to start off with, who knows if I might scatter a few other Beauty Brand Favourites in afterwards? Let's get started - first up is Rimmel!

Beauty Brand Favourites: Makeup Revolution

...or perhaps 'Revolution Beauty' as they now appear to be called. Although, I doubt I'll ever really get into calling them that - anyone else feel the same? I haven't done a 'Beauty Brand Favourites' in a while and it came to my attention the other day that I'm yet to do a round-up of what has fast become one of my favourite, favourite makeup brands. Especially over the past year or so, I have been utterly obsessed with basically anything and everything they've released and with products popping up left, right and centre - and me choosing to try out the vast majority of them - it's safe to say I had a lot of items to choose from. Because of that, I've definitely had to leave out a few products that I do really love (or else, it wouldn't be so much of a 'round-up', would it?) and with no doubt more and more coming in the near future, this is most certainly not a definite list - but right now, these five are what I would deem my ultimate, holy-grail's that are affordable, awesome and my love for has really stood the test of time. I'm pretty sure Makeup Revolution is a brand I will definitely be doing a 'Revisited' Version for at some point in the future though...

Once again, it's been a little while since I did a 'Beauty Brand Favourites' (a.k.a. where I give you lovely lot a rundown through five of my favourite products from a beauty brand) and with it being such a long-term feature round 'ere, it felt only right to throw one into this year's Blogmas. And, it also occurred to me the other day how I've somehow never given a mention to one of my favourite brands - Zoella Beauty. So, I guess it's about time I rectified that - and what better time than in December, when pampering and general bodycare is always at the forefront of my mind? Let's jump right on in...

Beauty Brand Favourites: Tanya Burr Cosmetics

It's been a long ol' while since I did a 'Beauty Brand Favourites' . If you're new round these parts, it's basically a series that does exactly what it says on the tin - I run you lovely lot through some of my absolute favourite products from one of my absolute favourite beauty brands. I've done a fair few in the past but haven't done one recently and there's one brand that I've been a fan of for a good while and have been loving a lot of products from lately - and yet somehow have not done a post of this style for yet - and that is Tanya Burr Cosmetics. The makeup line from the lovely Tanya Burr, ever since she released her first products back in 2014 (I think?) I have been a fan and my love for the brand has only grown with every launch she has done since. I'd say there's not been one product that I've tried that I've been disappointed with and while that has made collating this post kind of tough, I think I've just about managed to whittle it down to my favourite, favourites that make up my Top 5. Let's take a look...

It's time to resurrect an oldie but a goodie in terms of series' round these parts - it's Beauty Brand Favourites time. If you've been reading round here for some time now, you'll probably remember how I used to do this sort of thing every now and again (I will link them up here if you fancy a peruse) and I feel like there's a brand that I've become obsessed with lately and I need to bring it back for. NYX has fast become one of my top drugstore brands and over the past year or so, I have fo' sho' collated a hell of a lot of favourites. So many that for this edition, I have had to extend my usual format of a 'Top 5' up to something that's more of a 'Top 10'. #SorryNotSorry...
