Project Pan 2020 - Makeup Edition: November Update

It's time for my second-to-last Project Pan 2020 Update - already, I know. After this, we'll have only the Finale at the end of next month, as we round-up the year and then - it's all done! So, this is the November Edition and as always, we're gonna be talking all about what I've used this month and what I've perhaps used up too! I won't be adding anything in as we only have one month left of the Project Pan, so there really isn't much point. Maybe if I decide to do something like this for 2021, I'll introduce new products then? Who knows...

Project Pan 2020 - Makeup Edition: April Update

It's time for my fourth Project Pan 2020 Update! We'r ea quarter way through the year already - wowsers. Although, with everything that's been going on, it does kinda feel like we should be even further through the year than that - right? And to be honest, I kinda feel like wishing the entire year away at this point anyway - bring on 2021! But, back to my Project Pan - here we have my check-in for the month of April! To be honest, I really don't feel like I've made too much progress this month. I don't know whether it's down to the lockdown and wearing makeup less than I usually would (I've quite literally only been doing my makeup for work and popping to the shops once a week) but I haven't finished up as many products as I have in previous months and I also haven't made as much of a dent in existing products either. However, I have definitely still made at least some headway - which is still a good thing - so I have still got some updates to share with you all! Let's get started...

Project Pan 2020 - Makeup Edition: March Update

It's time for the third end-of-the-month update for my Project Pan 2020! But, before we get on with that, I just want to apologise for not being very active on round these parts in March. I've only done two posts across the whole month so far and it looks like I'll only be doing two more before the month is out - my usual end of the month round-ups for both my Project Pan and Monthly Favourites! Whilst I've of course been trying, using and loving all things beauty just the same as as usual behind the scenes, with everything that's been going on (especially these past couple of weeks) I just haven't felt like, or really had the motivation or head-space, to post. And I know that's OK, as I said in my first post of 2020 here that I would be dropping my regular schedule and only posting when I really wanted and needed to - but at the same time, I still definitely wanted to maintain posting constant content, and in March, that kinda failed! However, I am determined to get back into the swing of things in April - my name-sake month! Expect normal service to resume - at least in the sense of this blog. I hope you and your loved ones are all doing well (or at least, as well as you can in these circumstances) both physically and mentally. It's all a little bit crazy, isn't it? As a lot of people have been saying online, I have decided to continue posting as usual throughout it all, with my usual type of content that's mainly beauty-based, with a little bit of lifestyle thrown in for good measure. In a World that right now seems so uncertain, scary and 'not normal', I want to try and maintain as much 'normality' as possible here on Dainty Ditsy. Think of it as a welcome, kind of 'escape' from it all - even if it's only for a minute or so. And I think that's all I had to say, aside from the obvious which is - stay safe, stay inside and if that's not possible, practice social distancing! Because, the sooner we all do it and the more we all contribute to it, *hopefully* the sooner we can beat this and go back to how things used to be.

Onto the main subject of this whole post - my Project Pan - and as I mentioned, this is my March Update. Here, as usual, I will be updating you all on how it's all going. Of all of the products in there - what I've used and what I perhaps haven't - what products I've possibly used up entirely and I've said in both my introduction post here and also the first monthly recap for January here - these end of the month posts are basically where I'm going to be detailing how I've got on with each item currently in the project. Have I used and made any more progress on it? Have I maybe even used it up completely? What am I maybe adding in - or taking out? Plus, what other makeup have I used up in the month? Project Pan 2020 - Makeup Edition: January Update

It's already time for my first, end-of-the-month Project Pan 2020 Update - and of course we're starting with January! If you missed my Introduction post earlier this month, firstly you can catch up here if you fancy and secondly, it gives a little more in-depth details on the logistics on how this whole thing is gonna work but basically - this year I'm doing my own 'Project Pan' for my Makeup! And these little monthly recaps are basically gonna do two things - update on how I'm getting on with the products currently in the project, let you know if there's anything I've completely used up (plus anything outside of the line-up that I may have finished up too) and also let you know what I may be possibly adding into the project aswell. Project Pan 2020 - Makeup I Want To Make Progress On Or Finish In 2020!

As much as I of course want to and no doubt will continue to buy, try and add new products into my collection this year, I also really want to attempt to try to get more use, or hopefully even use up totally old products I already own too. And not only that, I want to make a point of it here, on my blog! I've dabbled in various 'Products I Want To Use Up/Get More Use Out Of' posts before and done a few 'Shopping My Stash' posts but never solidly committed to it on a regular basis - in this case, for the entire year! So, aswell as buying and trying new (or maybe just new to me) beauty products in 2020, today I'm gonna compile a list of items I want to make more progress on - or hopefully use up completely - over the next 12 months. And - spoiler alert - I'm keeping this strictly makeup-only as it's the category I have the most of and I want to keep things a little more simple, at least for this year. Welcome to to introduction to my new 'end-of-the-month-series' that will be going up shortly before my Monthly Favourites and will be naturally replacing my 'Where Are They Now?
